Rudbeckia occidentalis—Western Rudbeckia Seeds

If you are into odd plants, this one is for you! With no flower petals, and only green sepals surrounding the large black cone, it is a bit different than other garden flowers to say the least. Native to much of the West, it is a hardy garden perennial and is great for flower arrangements.
I suggest planting it strategically with other plants that will offer it the contrast that it will need to really "pop". (There will be some variety to the mix with different leaves but this is such a great plant it shouldn't be forgotten in your garden.)
Germination instructions are included with your seeds. These are easy to germinate and grow. (about 30 seeds)
Basic Plant Facts:
Rudbeckia occidentalis
Grows 24-36"x 16"
Likes sun to part shade
USDA zones: 3a-10b
