This is an amazing Pacific Northwest native plant. It performs well in the garden and its flowers are an amazing blue-purple that simply glows. I cannot say how it will perform in other parts of the country, but so long as it's given what it needs to make it happy, it should grow well. I must add that pollinators love it. This plant is always covered in native bees here in the PNW.
