Passiflora caerulea—Bluecrown Passion Vine Seeds

The blooms on this vine are striking. When we first purchased our home 5 or 6 years ago, I saw one at a nursery and I knew that we had to have it. Now, after all this time, the entire south facing side of our home is draped in its sprawling beauty.
So many folks complimented it in the early years, that now, every member of my family seems to own one too. In our climate, they are not exactly evergreen, since some of the vine will die back a bit, but come spring, you can pull those out, trim as needed and the vine will grow like crazy in full sun, giving your home that tropical jungle feel (See the picture of the vine on a chain link fence. Some of you might want to grow it for privacy and/or noise reduction reasons too.)
Germination instructions are included with your seeds. These are fairly easy to germinate with a little bit of seed starting experience. Expect them to bloom in a year or two depending upon when germination first takes place. (30 seeds)
Basic Plant Facts:
Passiflora caerulea
Grows 40' x 6-8'
Likes full sun to light shade
USDA zones: 6a-10b
Danger: Parts of plants are poisonous if ingested
