Aquilegia atrata—Dark Columbine Seeds

sold out
These are the darkest single-color blooms I have ever seen on a columbine and I have seen a lot of different blooms. That's because I have a thing for the Aquilegia family and have yet to encounter a lovely bloom that has not blown me away. I just love all of them!
I have no idea what to call the color of the blooms, but it looks like a deep Merlot wine color to me.
Sorry about the images, but I took them during a lovely June rain storm. Since the storm lasted practically all month, I didn't have much of a chance to get sunnier, drier images.
These are hard-to-find seeds so get them while you can. I only have a few available this year.
Germination instructions will be included with your seeds. (20 seeds)
Basic Plant Facts:
Aquilegia atrata
Grows 24-36" x 16"
Likes sun to part shade
USDA zones: 3a-8b
